
Gayle Coluccio Director of Operations
Gayle is a dynamic financial services professional with proven program development and project experience as well as demonstrated client service and exemplary leadership skills. She has been a leader in the financial services industry, with over 25 years of custody, fund accounting, corporate actions, securities valuation, risk management and audit oversight experience. Gayle has been recognized for superior communication skills, managerial and relationship building abilities as well as a committed and collaborative business partner who exceeds expectations while delivering strong business results.
For the past four years, Gayle has served as Aliter’s Director of Operations where she works closely with the partners and is responsible for HR, Talent Acquisition, Financial Reporting, supporting clients, the Aliter Team and managing vendor relationships. She is also very much focused on the strategy and growth of the Aliter brand. Gayle is dedicated to mentoring and actively developing the skills of diverse colleagues by designing creative and impactful employee learning experiences.
Prior to Aliter, Gayle held various senior management positions at one of the largest global service providers for key mutual fund clients as well as served as the chairperson of numerous committees to engage employees and drive change. She has successfully managed high-risk accounting conversions, fund mergers and startups for top tier asset managers by ensuring a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, priorities and servicing requirements. She effectively spearheaded the development, testing and implementation of global technology initiatives which streamlined daily accounting and custody processing, increasing productivity and significantly reducing risk for her stakeholders. She also managed a cross-functional team that created and implemented an end-to-end solution for the automation of corporate action accounting to meet complex client requirements. Upon completion of these initiatives, Gayle worked with the impacted business units to realign their operating models which allowed them to fully benefit from the straight-through processing and exceed their financial targets.
Gayle was selected by her organization to participate in LeadBoston; an 11-month, leadership program sponsored by the YWCA that provides participants from all sectors with contextual knowledge and develops them into stronger, more socially responsible leaders. She received her division’s Excellence Award for leadership of various initiatives as well as outstanding client service and the Chairman’s Award for the installation of new business. She was also nominated by her employees for Account Manager of the Year Award.
Over the past 15 years, Gayle actively volunteered in her community by participating on various School Building Councils, three Principal Search Committees, the PTO as well as supporting the High School Soccer Programs.
Gayle received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Bentley University.
