Denis Valdinocci Director, Client Services

Denis is an investment professional with more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience within the asset servicing segment of the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has held positions in Operations Management, Client/Relationship Management and Operational and Regulatory Compliance Risk Management.

Denis focuses on operational and technology transformation including outsourcing, system implementations, and client onboarding. He brings both business analysis and program leadership skills. He has led multiple client engagements for asset managers and service providers. This includes middle and back-office conversions, due diligence, development and testing, and workflow implementation.  His most recent work includes management and hands on support of middle office conversions for a large asset servicing firm.  He is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing in both test and live environment events. 

Prior to joining Aliter, Denis held multiple roles at State Street Corporation.  He previously led the global custody client segment of Institutional Services Americas Specialized Asset Manager business, which was focused on clients who were growing rapidly and pursuing specialized, innovative investment strategies. He was responsible for managing and cultivating approximately 50 client relationships.

Earlier in his career, Denis managed a large global custody operations team and successfully led large business operations transformation and redesign efforts to standardize processes, improve efficiency and cut expenses within cash administration, trade settlement and reconciliation. 

Denis received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Fitchburg State College.
